New Engineering Works is going through major transformations in the way it manufactures components. We have embarked on the journey of automation by installing robots, gantries and even cobots in our shop floors. While this is done to counter increased customer demands, we ensure that quality remains at the core of all changes. For us, it is paramount that whatever material leaves our premises, it is of the highest quality standard and meets all customer requirements.

At New Engineering Works, we try to implement best work practices so that quality is an automatic by-product and is instinctively maintained at each stage. Proper systems and checks further ensure that whatever reaches the customer is error free.

Quality is one of our strong pillars as we have stringent quality checks to ensure that only the best is supplied to our customers. We understand the criticality of the components we manufacture, and we keep in mind that the components that we supply are more than just parts of a truck.

We are proud to mention that we supply components at 0 PPM to all our customers. Our aim is to achieve 0 PPM in-house as well. We have been recipients of quality awards year on year from our customers and they can be seen in the ‘achievements’ section.
